My mom had surgery done on her today - she's fine, BTW; she's just getting some nifty pain-killing devices surgically implanted in her back to regulate arthritis in her feet, that's all.
I also managed to reaccess Reddit after over 3+ years of absence and made a new account with the username of u/SimoTheFinlandized - just so you guys are all aware, I am NOT using Reddit to post any content as of now or the foreseeable future - I'm only using Reddit as a gateway to view and access news, mass-media, and up-to-date knowledge on my favorite topics and perhaps maybe comment on them (that and following any users that I happen to be friends with on other sites, such as Imgflip, Facebook, or Discord) - that's all I'm pretty much using it for.
