Germany was trying to reduce coal and nuclear for a time so they closed down mines and nuclear reactors. Now they are burning more coal than ever and reactors scheduled to close are still open. It is impossible to put all that in a meme. I would not call it ill-informed. It's condensed.
Yes. It is crazy. Instead of reducing carbon emissions, they are increasing carbon emissions by making people use alternative sources of energy. Climate insanity!
