It's not police brutality if it's justified. Terrorism justifies police brutality.

For context, terrorism is defined as the unlawful and intentional use of intimidation and violence, especially against civilians, for political and/or ideological gain.

More police brutality could have been used on January 6.

I agree with that, but I get the feeling there's a reason it wasn't.
