Mifepristone, also known as RU-486, is a medication typically used in combination with misoprostol to bring about a medical abortion during pregnancy and manage early miscarriage.[3] This combination is 97% effective during the first 63 days of pregnancy.[4] It is also effective in the second trimester of pregnancy.[5][6] It is taken by mouth.[3]

Common side effects include abdominal pain, feeling tired, and va**nal bleeding.[3] Serious side effects may include heavy va**nal bleeding, bacterial infection, and birth defects if the pregnancy does not end.[3] If used, appropriate follow-up care needs to be available.[3][7] Mifepristone is an antiprogestogen.[3] It works by blocking the effects of progesterone, making both the cervix and uterine vessels dilate and causing uterine contraction.[3]

And NBC Killed Its Weinstein Story... And ABC ignored Epstein... the list goes on and on...

Most liberals don’t bother to make the distinction between abortion types. For reference:

AUTOMATIC - Happens entirely on its own, cannot be outlawed.
LIFESAVING - The mother (and probably the baby) would die if it didn’t happen. Should not be outlawed.
VOLUNTARY - The mother chooses of her own free will to kill the baby. Should be outlawed.

The first has one death every time. The second has 1-2 deaths if not done, 1 if done. The third has 0 deaths if not done, 1 if done. Only the third should be outlawed.
