Pathetic. I prefer to drop the teeth of their deceased loved ones into their mouths while they're sleeping and watch them choke to death on a part of those they held dear

Ooo, my favrite one is to peel their skin off with an old potato peeler, spread some dirt on the flesh underneath then sew the skin back on and bandage it. It takes several days but if you do it on the chest or the face not even amputation can save them from an excruciatingly painful death.
