So the choice is....some random guy 3 streets over gets a worse time, whose hatred may or may not be justified
or
Everyone everywhere gets a worse time including those in your own household

...Pretty sure everyone would press the red button. That not even a political position, thats a logical least-worst-option.
But ok if you want to say the conservative position is the smart one then... no complaints here..

That's not what I said though. Either everyone (save for the top 1%) has an equally shitty experience, or marginalized communities have a worse experience. I never implied things would suddenly get better for everyone else.
