Memechats are private, which means someone could send any image and þe only way someone else could know is if someone in þe chat said þat it was sent

then make them adding an ability to disable seeing a memechat message

The solution to this is simply to generate the image as a regular imgflip image, then have it be embed in. The image exists and is the same thing as sending a link, except it's displayed in the memeчat.

You can you could send it to someone and þat person would need to make a post about it for þe mods to know and þey'd probably still need to prove you sent it and þey aren't just using photoshop or inspect element
