Go ahead and do some cursory searches for breakthrough cases. These are only a few of a multitude of examples. The evidence is clear that "vaccinations" did not stop the spread. Referring to people who don't wholeheartedly trust experimental drugs as "dumbasses" is rather ironic given the preponderance of evidence. Skepticism and critical thinking have been lambasted by the mainstream media narrative:

and yet, those that chose to pass on the "vaccine" were no different in being able to pass the virus on to others.
The "vaccine", like the inconclusive masks, did little more than make people feel safe, and superior, to those that chose not to swallow every little thing the government told them to do. Labeling people as "dumbasses" to cover for the fact that despite being a good little follower of "the science", the virus persisted and flourished is reductive and silly.
