If a moderator is abusing their ability by comment banning you for "no reason", they would comment-ban you with a false reason if stating a reason is required.
Basic etiquette would be on your side if you approach the owner of the stream to talk about your problem, and to report a mod that's allegedly abusing their ability.

A lot of the mods are snowflakes and comment ban over extremely minor things that would instead be typical in places like MSMG, because they idiotically think ANY form of insult is a criticization of LGBTQ. They censor opinions and delete posts. It's bad. REALLY bad.

MSMG is so incredibly lenient with what they allow that site mods have to intervene. Not exactly the pinnacle of moderation.

Additionally, they have very different purposes. People in the LGBTQ community have to deal with harassment and insults all the time. The LGBTQ stream is a break from that. The mood is supposed to be supportive and safe, rather than the anything goes mood MSMG has.

It isn’t that any form of insult criticizes LGBTQ, but rather that insulting people isn’t allowed in the first place. It’s not the place for attacking others.

So yes, posts that aren’t supportive of LGBTQ are not allowed on the LGBTQ stream. Just like a cats suck image is not allowed in the cats stream.

Also it’s not to hard to get unbanned if a mod messes up, people make mistakes.
