Most red flag laws are a violation of the 2nd amendment. All a libtard has to do is report you for having a gun and the the state government will take you gun(s) away while they perform an investigation. Then when they find out you pose no threat to anyone they make it nearly impossible to get you guns back.
Not all red flag laws are that insane but many are. Where they aren't insane the state performs the investigation 1st and then if they consider you a threat they will indefinitely take your guns away. But who nows what criteria they use to determine that you are a threat?
