All citizens of the US still enjoy the right to be presumed innocent until PROVEN guilty. That includes The Donald, like it or not. So how about we hold off on presuming his guilt?
Secondly, both Bragg's predecessor and the Federal Prosecutor for New York declined to pursue the case, so it seems sketchy that suddenly Bragg found the elusive piece of evidence that proves Trump's guilt.
And lastly, if Bragg is relying on testimony from that admitted and proven liar Cohen, he's got a long, tough row to hoe.
