Your party's 'gender identity' ideology is not in anyway objective truth it is literally feelings based ideology that doesn't make sense from an objective standpoint. Just because there are a few people with genetic defects that need surgery to correct that doesn't mean gender is on a spectrum. In that specific case, it looks like that person is just claiming to be transgender to game the system. If that's the case, they shouldn't be put into a women's prison.

If a transwoman still has their p**is, they could rape other female inmates and get them pregnant and I would not want one to be pregnant with a rapist's baby even if they are a criminal. If a transman still has their va**na and uterus, they are in danger of being raped and impregnated by other male inmates.
