The point of the original meme, however, is that during democratic administrations they tend to weaponize the DOJ and other law enforcement. In the 90s it was with guns in cases like Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Elian Gonzalez. Now, instead of soing it with guns they just do it with computers and lawyers.
