An anomalous traffic light that hypnotizes drivers into going the correct way, nobody stops and nobody crashes. All victims have no recollection of the incident.

All attempts to contain the light have been futile, as all operatives who drive to it are affected by it's anomalous abilities and drive past it. However it seems to be no threat so there have been no further attempts to take it down as it is a waste of time.
