I would agree with that, there may be some evidence to support the loss vs gains, big cities lose officers to retirement, and others quit in disgust of woke policies just to join smaller departments in free states. I saw a report yesterday that showed it is not just the LEO's that refuse to serve the evil empire, there were two positions open for every unemployed working age citizen. I would think cities like DC, Portland and other woke infected areas would show the numbers are much higher. I am not and never have been in law enforcement, but I was one of the one people that worked throughout the plandemic, just to be fired for not taking the vaxx, I didn't even answer the phone when they tried to offer me the job back. I work for myself now and will more likely than not will do that the rest of my life.
