Ironically enough Ron DeSantis used to be a Trump fanboy back in 2018 and worshipped him do much he tried make his children worship him aswell. Of course this would come back to bite him 5 years later in 2023 after Trump false accused him of being a groomer. Whats funny is that DeSantis liked calling his opponents "groomers" but doesnt like it when someone does it to him.

That’s the thing about cult like activity. It’s the willing suspension of disbelief. And the harder reality confronts them, the harder they dig in. When the delusions start to crack is when they become dangerous.

Hence why there was the Jan 6 insurrection. First Trump avoided critical thinking or logic in examining the real results of the 2020 presidential election results, he gets his fans to believe his lies for the sake of enjoyment and money, then his fans confront the reality by being told by liberals about the fact checks and all the stuff. Then their delusions started to crack, then by January 6th, the violence came and stayed for at least 8 hours for the whole day.
