Recently MSMG has updated their sexual content rule, it means that any image posted with obvious sexual intention, (i.e. a woman showing her boobs, even censored), will be unfeatured. However, if sexual content was shown as a joke, it will be allowed, but marked NSFW. If you want more info, check the posting rules of MSMG.
