With the egg I planned to un-hatch I wouldn't be un-alive-ing anything

Take the shell, shove the birb into the shell (gently enough to not break the shell, but roughly enough to, idk, mutilate the bird. You then seal the shell, use superglue, and voila! Unhatched bird!

Travel to mha universe. Kidnap a young girl with a horn and middle aged man who teaches high school and has dry eye issues. Make the girl use her powers and have the man use his powers at the desired eggy age.
