China has no EPA, OSHA, NLRB, among others. China has repeatedly been accused of violating intellectual property rights. Do you think China pays overtime after 40 hours.

China has many unfair advantages enabling it to produce goods at a lower cost. Many goods coming from China are inferior quality, but get purchased by retailers looking for lower cost products.
