Ha the time paradox will stop you from doing that which will then erase the timeline which means you couldn’t go back to do that meaning that the timeline won’t be erased since you didn’t exist to do that, meaning the timeline would be un-erased meaning that you could do that, and it would be an infinite loop

Basically it’s like the “go back in time and kill your grandfather” paradox, since you’re grandpa is dead, then your parent couldn’t be born, meaning that you couldn’t be born, meaning and since you wouldn’t be born, then you can’t go back in time to kill your grandpa meaning that you would be born

but if your a ghost then you cant Die/Un-exist cuz your already Dead/Non-existent

No, basically what I mean is that the you that became a ghost didn’t become a ghost, meaning that you would not be a ghost and be able to go back in time, but then since you weren’t able to go back in time it causes a time paradox which then means that since you didn’t go back because that ghost of you didn’t exist after altering the timeline, you would exist and be able to do that, causing a loop
