Mr Beast was almost canceled because of a video he posted. It was a 100 Boys vs 100 Girls challenge. He was being attacked because he didn't add a 100 Gender-Neutral team.

Mr Beast, the most neutral person on this god forsaken planet, was nearly canceled because he didn't add an excuse for being different from everyone else as a team for his video. This man has done more good for everyone around him than everyone in this stream will ever do in HIS or HER life.

Pokimane got canceled once last year for saying a sentence that sounded close to AAVE language (african american vernacular english) [or let’s just cut the BS, “ghetto speak”]. Then she apologized for it and they got mad at her for apologizing.
Honestly tho i think the fact that people even took issue with it is petty… like folks don’t own language. that’s like saying South Koreans are appropriating America because they use English in TV frequently. Plus, “AAVE” (or “ghetto speak”) actually originated from white people in the 1700s, so it didn’t even come from blacks and thus it’s not appropriation for them to use it, it was invented by their ancestors, not black’s.
