WHAT IS A RAID?
A raid is a method used to attack streams on Imgflip. This can include significant spamming of images and comments that are against stream rules, mass flagging content, and harassment of followers. Read on for additional info and tips to stop raids!

Me neither. Fortunately, I have tips to stop raids! If you're lucky, you might stop it before it begins! Read on!

BASIC PREP
I recommend turning off Auto-approve entirely. This slows damage done. Appoint two or more mods for notifications on raids. And set up protocols for raids. If you need ideas, check out the Raids Section of my Official Mod Guide: https://imgflip.com/i/7atu9x

USE THE BAN FEATURE!!
Trust me, it's useful. Perma-ban all raiders and anyone planning a raid. And be careful of who you unban in general. Unbanning the wrong user puts your stream at risk.

WHAT IF A MOD HELPED WITH THE RAID?
Revoke their mod. It is abuse of mod. With that in mind, be careful of who you give mod/owner to.

ONLY NON-FOLLOWERS RAID STREAMS, RIGHT?
Unfortunately, followers can be part of them. Sometimes, there's a mole in the stream's mod team who'll help with the raid.

IS RAIDING STREAMS AGAINST TOS?
Short answer is yes. Harassment and unauthorized spamming is against ToS. However, there IS a type of raid that isn't against ToS: Raiding streams that abuse ToS. This consists of flagging and downvoting content. It's best to report those streams to site mods though.

Monitor the alts and be prepared to ban them. Report the alts to a site mod.

Depends on how NSFW it is. If it's full nudity or porn that is uncensored, then it's okay because it's violates ToS
