Intentional red herring. Following your flawed logic, the Chinese could argue that it was stupid agricultural planning what caused the famines, not them switching to communism. Your logic could be used to argue that Christianity caused the black plague.
Much better arguments can be made. For example, who was Carl Marx ? My recollection is that he was described as a selfish lazy bum who lived off his lawyer father and drank himself unconscious during philosophical discussions with pseudo intellectual parasites of his ilk. A manifesto created by such a person can't be a gift to humanity.
Still, capitalism is FAR from being 'a godsend'. Rampant capitalism has recently awarded us with the groundwater disasters of Hinkley, CA, and Flint, Michigan, or worse yet, Ivory coast in Africa. It was capitalism what drove the practice of slavery in the Americas, which put more than 12 million black people through hell.
