You're now supposed to prove that a user called DarthMemeus created an alt called .MoonMan.
If you fail to do that, read the ModsvsOwners rule, it deals with mods indefinitely banning a user without a stream owner's permission.

No, because if he ISN'T a Darth Memus alt, then that puts you in a spot for breaking rules of mod powers by perma-banning someone, and then youre at a risk of losing mod
