It is found in his fixation on Drag and other LGBTQ subjects. I normally don't post sources. But as a straight man, I might not be the right person to answer your question. I read the article and that quote was nowhere in it. So you lead your meme off with a direct quote from George Wallace (a democrat), then put some words in quotations that are just your opinion, but with the structure of your sentence make it seem like those words are a direct quote from Desantis. Absolute dishonest propaganda.
