What is TED's lore?

Basically TED was made by an unknown creator who died along with his friends. TED was found by Jerry on a crumbling planet. The robot was found to have complex AI which meant that he could feel pain and smell. Jerry was amazed at how complex it was. Jerry then brought him to his planet. TED was also ripped in half in the war of darkness and is out of order for right now.
