Just for the Democrats who want to play this off as just a vast right wing conspiracy theory, I provided a link to the WEF's website that discusses this. And, yes, they make it sound like this is what is needed. Why wouldn't they? Think beyond what they are saying and think of the ramifications of what this entails. Look beyond the flowery words. This is all about power and control and not about making cities "safer" and definitely not about privacy.

You are always much safer with the less the government knows about you. Governments, all governments, only excel at three things, murder, theft and enslavement. They suck at everything else.
