To be open to "One world Gov't" and one world economic and healthcare system is their mission.
Their perceived 'Benevolence' is to bring us all with them. & by All, one means at least 500 million citizens that will comply. The rest of the populace may be self-unfit for achieving their goal.
Maybe the balloon is an initial test, to see if the U.S. Military is now on board with Xi and his vision for the world that Dr. Kissinger engaged, planned and is carrying out through Klaus and the consortium of cultural Marxist Peaceniks for dollars, acquiescing to Xi.

Somebody has been doing business with China and making big Hauler dollar,
since Dr. Kissinger via Nixon, opened up their markets for trade near the end of the 'Nam conflict.
Identifying a maternal Forbes in John Kerry and his stepson C. Heinz as doing business in
China is not necessarily covert. That's like saying that because Nike has a shoe deal in Asia,
that nobody ought to be wearing them. Or, telling people to stop shopping at WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes, or Target.
Identifying that John Kerry is on board with absorbing the USA, and effectively disintegrating the U.S. Constitution to create a Global Gov't to rise like a Phoenix out of the Ashes of all Sovereign Nation States is Traitorous. They're all in bed with the Devil, Xi and the CCP.
Life is about to get really interesting. It seems as if before these old hippies and beatniks die, they want to force their Utopian dreams upon those generations remaining as their parting shot.
