I think it's good parable for this stream. Sometimes a user has to enter the fig tree, crawl in the mud and put three magic stones in the toad's mouth to get the key.

It's one of my all time favorite movies, if you haven't seen it, it's worth watching.

If by "appropriate way to treat users", you mean the user being banned and not the linked poll, this stream has a long history of attracting some users who have no regard for the Imgflip Terms of Use. It's absolutely ok for a Stream Owner to permanently ban a user from their stream(s) who breaks the Imgflip Terms of Use.

No I mean OlympianProduct addressing me in this fashion.

And about BritishMorman, if you can't see that antagonizing a user constantly until their banned doesn't show this stream is very much fun. Everyone on the stream knows exactly why Incognito guy got banned. EVERYONE. Especially Incognito Guy.
Habitual mod abuse and harrassment. Nor is anyone arguing that he didn't do it. Incognito Guy's entire argument as to why he shouldn't be banned was that repeated warning weren't enough and he should be granted more repeated warnings.
