Well, good thing it's not about the State of California being unable to supply their own power, so
they buy it from more than one out of state Public Holding Company, of which they desire to bankrupt or sue so that they can purchase outright and change to private holdings for all the profit, rather than the reinvestment in infrastructure requirement of Public holding companies.... Cali fires are no acts of god, unless secular government is your god.
