So far I have heard: a box in the garage, in a file cabinet in his home office, on or in a desk, and obviously at the Penn Biden Center. The ones in the file cabinet and desk indicate they were being used/read, and not just inadvertently taken from the white House. That makes it a more serious violation for Biden.
