He's a regular user, banned indefinitely for things that people serve 2-hour bans for.
I don't think any regular user should be banned indefinitely. We should make that exception for alts, trolls and bots.

Hasn't done anything of that kind since the last unban. Might've worked if he was treated like a normal user, but the amount of trolling he deals with because of his past antics makes it pretty hard to point out who the aggressor is.

Since then, everybody's being handed only limited bans for actual violations, and nobody's banned just for "being (Spire, TCK, Danny, Retro, Jeffrey...)", so the no-permaban thing is working pretty well for now. Most cool mods understand that too, which is an improvement in the massive mod-skill-issue we have.
