These day's, they're the same thing...

but seriously, I watched this online podcast that was interviewing one of the founders of Babylon Bee from about 4 years ago and he said that before they would come up with outrageous and silly headlines and articles parodying sensationalized media, in the style of National Enquirer. But that in the past several years, it's been harder to do this, because when they make up some ridiculous premise, it would come true 6-months later.
