I don't think you'd even need to name them, the Orange shirt guy (we'll call him Louie) is just obnoxious to the Black Coat guy (he is Tom), with the USA man (Bluey) just standing menacingly on the left, while the guy on the right of him (Klouie) seeming to want to calm down Louie, based off his hand jester, but it seems as if Bluey doesn't care that Louie is yelling right in Tom's face, but seems slightly disgusted at this
