The streets were cleaned in order that any national media that covered the visit, were unable to tape the suffering Joe Biden has created by opening the border. Also, Biden himself does not want coverage of him personally standing amid the chaos. The Mayor of El Paso is a democrat; he like nearly all democrat politicians, also want to hide the suffering they created in order to fill the country with likely democrat voters
