in season three there is a lesbian couple who is there a little bit, and in the very last episode you find out sasha is bi bc she has some pride stickers, but other than that it isn't really a big part of the show
If you like romance anime, I suggest Bloom Into You. It features a lesbian couple.
If not but you like comedy, funny cops, and are okay with a bit of seggsual jokes, I suggest Brooklyn 99. It features several gay, bi, and poc characters.
