Well... Zelensky did say on CNN that Biden instigated it... so...

Can you direct me to the CNN report in which Zelensky said that? You can't because that never happened. The closest thing to that was a January 27, 2022 report of an "Unnamed Ukranian Official," giving CNN his view of a telephone call between Zelensky and Biden.

The CNN report included this "Zelensky tweeted that he and Biden had a long call where they 'discussed recent diplomatic efforts on de-escalation and agreed on joint actions for the future.' The Ukrainian President said he thanked Biden for the ongoing military assistance and said 'possibilities for financial support to Ukraine were also discussed.'"

The closest thing to Zelensky saying Biden had "instigating," the war was the "official," saying that the Ukrainian President told Biden that talk of the Russian's impending invasion was causing some economic panic and asked him to "tone down the rhetoric."

On the other hand, on 12-21-22, Axios reported the following, "I am standing here on the same podium as the president of the United States," Zelensky said. "For me, this is a historic moment," and one that sends a clear signal to Russian President Vladimir Putin, he added.
