Not much wiggle room in this one, folks; her only defense against potential criminal charges would be clarifying that the break between the terms "real governor", "duly elected governor" and "myself" is intended to indicate she's not the the real, duly elected governor... which would immediately, automatically be an admission that she's been lying the whole time. But there's the catch; she can't do that without it constituting an de facto admission that she knowingly filed a frivolous lawsuit in the course of perpetrating, perpetuating a hoax.
