I get not wanting to confirm to traditional gender roles and stereotypes.
There is nothing wrong with a man liking flowers or even wanting to wear dresses.
There is nothing wrong with a woman being into sports and dressing masculine.
But they claim it's about more than that. Which has me asking, wtf do they think gender is?
If it's social roles, it's still only the two. You can deem social roles irrelevant (which it is most definitely becoming), but that doesn't invent new genders, it just deems gender IRRELEVANT.
If it's biology, then it's only two (three if you count intersex which is a defect biologically speaking). And these two are immutable. Only a biological female can become pregnant. Only a biological male can impregnate. Your medical risks will be dependent on your biological gender. Attempting to circumvent your biology won't remove those risks, but will actually create additional medical risks.
