I’m tired of everyone in the movie critic world referring to their takes as “opinions” no matter what they’re saying about a movie.

They’re arguments. Arguments can be wrong. Opinions by definition can’t be wrong. It just seems like a ploy for people to feel better about themselves when they talk about movies when they say “gosh it’s just my opinion.”

Yeah he’s awesome.

The thing I like most about him is he doesn’t have a ranking system for movies. There’s no __/10 or letter grade for each film he ranks. That method is just really archaic.
