axualy if you think about it they would be as good as sand bags simo the finladized BUTTTT they thing about what would happen to them if someone shot a bolt round because then i would explode inside the person and if someone had a moulted wepon they would lose the gun and the person because they would mostlikely go flying with the bodys. acualy dosent that mean that if they work the same as sandbags that if its intearly agenst space marines sandbags would be practicly useless.(remenber that a boltround is .75 cal and that is explodes inside the victom it is shot at sooooo).
