So, the main premise, in the finding #4 of the One Party Committee, is that the Bad Orange Man led an insurrection carried out by his cult followers. If we all believe that, then please name the people whom have been charged with the crime of insurrection, of which the committee asserts the Trumpster led?

If, as the committee unanimously assert, your President Trump led people to commit the crime of insurrection, then here nearly two years later, logically there would be several people already charged, tried, and convicted of that exact crime claimed. Otherwise, even if the DOJ is lame enough to charge Donnie, there is minimal hope of achieving a conviction.

Tough to say the lame reality tv star turned president, led people to do something as bad as an insurrection, when the DOJ omitted charging anyone he led to do it, with the crime of actually attempting an insurrection. Not one.

(Donnie Trump appears to live rent free in many peoples heads. His cult followers, as well as his cult dissenters)

Oath Keeper Stewart Rhodes Jan. 6 Traitor Guilty | image tagged in oath keeper stewart rhodes jan 6 traitor guilty | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Every case is different. Some of the rioters got “caught up in the moment” and really are guilty of only trespassing, petty larceny and those sorts of things. Those who didn’t set foot in the Capitol, or otherwise plan any kind of mayhem that day, I don’t believe have been charged with anything.

But the DOJ has in fact brought top-shelf seditious conspiracy charges against the most committed and organized Jan. 6’ers, and has won.

This is exactly how mob prosecutions work. Start with the small fish and work your way up. Signals indicate they are getting closer to the Big Kahuna Orange Man himself.

So, no criminal charges of "insurrection", nor convictions against even one follower. Meh

Trumped up "Trespassing" charges for being on public property open for public business is not an insurrection. Shooting an unarmed woman in the face for trespassing is not a great look either.

The two years it's taken to carry out a "speedy" trial for these kooks, appears more like going after political opposition to squelch dissent.

That's a silly way of characterizing hundreds of Jan. 6-related charges, guilty pleas, trials, convictions - but okay.

This is a fun one:

Never heard of this guy before. The "Romance Novel Cover Model" detail is hilarious. Do a Google search and this stuff just falls off a tree. A real cross-section of the all-American morons who followed Trump to the bitter end.

*Seems the Orange Man and All American Morons are Living rent free in somebody's head.

Problem is, whether one likes either 2020 presidential candidate, is immaterial. Or for that matter any U.S. congressman or U.S. Senator...

What is material is whether the USA has a functioning Constitution.
Article 1 Section 4 spells out that it is only each states' legislative branch granted authority to make or change election laws. It makes no mention of exceptions for the Renaissance-Plague.

-Pennsylvania changed their election laws in haste citing the pandemic, via their state judicial branch.
-Arizona in same haste changed theirs by their Governor, via their state executive branch.
-Several other states in haste, substituted mail in ballots etc, in absentia of their legislative branches of government.
-The 2020 election is rife with Constitutional illegitimacy. Article 1 Sect 4 is the only legal way.
-The J6 committee is a one party appointee farce.
-Ashli Babbitt, unarmed woman she was, is to J6 what Crispus Attucks is to the Boston Massacre
-The All American Morons, if protesting the Unconstitutional results of a Constitutionally illegitimate election, based upon the ignoring of Article 1 Section 4; had a logically legitimate inspiration for their valid feelings to protest

*Meanwhile, yesterday, U.S. Congress to wild applause, is shoveling shiploads of money to the foreign guy on the other end of the "impeachable phone call" whom stated the Orange man did not give him a Quid Pro Quo.
Adam Schiff is stinky

Bald Eagle Christmas tree | image tagged in bald eagle christmas tree | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
It’s your go***mn right as an American to believe all those things, and even crazier things besides.

Merry Christmas to you and yours. We don’t say that “Happy Holidays” crap around here.

Psssst, hey, SlowBummer, there exists a demarcation between facts and belief.
One day the hope is that all can catch on to that small notion of mindfulness. You Can Do It. !!!
Even if you one day come to believe in the crazier things you mention.

Huh? Wow, Christmas is believing, yet most of the time, someone singing me a ChristmasGram just inserts my name into Jingle Bells or something.

So, right back at you and yours and their pronouns, Brobama.
Unlike you say about you and yours,
We actually say 'Happy Holidays' around here,
because the root word of Holidays is "Holy" and as such, we hold it as sacred as Christs' Mass.

I dig the Bald Eagle Tree effort, yet must say I'm more appreciative of Ben Franklins National Avian desired, than that stinky duck and fish eating scavenger Rodent that flies.
