This particular verse in the bible is talking about the two witnesses who are servants of God. this is not Chemtrails corona or weather modification.
However, My personal opinion is Satan has, and does, through the power of technology, and with the permission or tacit approval of God have the power to create plagues and control the weather. (Signs and wonders false miracles, etc.)

How do you know it isn't chemtrails or covid? When do the 2 witnesses shut the heavens so it doesn't rain or unleash any kind of plague? Did this happen in the past? Or will it happen in the future? What proof do you refer to that says this isn't happening now? You've got to remember when Revelation was written almost 2000 years ago, they had to use 2000 year old vocabulary to describe visions of things they saw in this day of age we are in. Who are the 2 witnesses?

It's amazing how many of their labeled conspiracy theories are turning out to be true...

Conspiracy theory is a term made up by the CIA to discredit critical thinkers and those who question the government and make them look like fools. A good example is the antivaxers and the covid vaccine. Turns out now most countries are reporting an increase in excess deaths anywhere from 200% (the UK) to 400% (Japan) of normal. And the current data says vaccinated persons are more likely to die from covid then unvaccinated. Think for yourself and never fall victim of peer pressure or the majority...for they choose the broad easy road
