It's not that leftists lie to the nation that offends conservatives, it's that leftist liars believe our collective I.Q. to be so low that we will automatically accept their blatant lies as the truth.
Of course this actually is true where all Dem Party voters and about a third of all 'politically independent' voters are concerned.
