Ice type regional variant mudkip

I was trying to think of a way to make ice type not suck in the line of a Mudkip variant.

Looks like stitch with a mohawk

Yeah, I didn't do much detail on the cheeks, but stitch is Rad too, so that works.

It looks more like a sabelye with a mowhawk
