Modern "DEMOCRACY": regarding ignoring Article 1, Section 4
Too bad the technology wasn't available for each State which due to The Pandemic, hastily changed their Elections rules, to do so through their State Legislators via Zoom or Skype,
...so "just had to be changed" by people outside their individual State Legislative Branch, such as State 'secretary of state', state Supreme Court Judges, or State Governors under "Emergency Powers" outside the specific clear powers granted for legal elections by the U.S. Constitution.
Counting Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, & Wisconsin votes meant that 46 states were beholden to 4 states that did not legally follow the written agreement known as the U.S. Constitution as Ratified, that allows them to be United with the other 46.
