I don't know of any religions that are founded entirely upon the premise of harming others, and don't even try to discuss God or spirituality or traditional morality and ethics even a little bit

The only ones I could quote are secondary or third books in line, tie in to the first but goes down hill by modern standards
If you're using religion as a shield - worshipping in peace, connecting with others in a spiritual sense, developing your own personal relationship with God -; then you're protected.
