Except that he confirmed no such thing. He leaked a long meeting they had to review a moderation decision against existing policies in the terms and conditions. That's it. Elon Musk confirmed that moderators exist, that's the end of it.

You know what he really confirmed? Elon Musk finally confirmed the bias at Twitter and the extreme, politically charged measures taken to silence what ended up being factual news.

Anyone can flag anything on Twitter! It's free! Nobody gets paid to flag content!

Twitter staff review the flags. That's what those documents were about. Nobody on the Biden team was in that meating.

And the Biden campaign was non- government - you know how many times the White House at the time flagged stories on Twitter? That actually WAS government involvement in Twitter moderation, crickets from you guys about that.

Anybody can raise a flag. It's not censorship. It's not government oppression. It's just how moderation works.

According to an internal Twitter email, “The Biden campaign” petitioned for tweets to be deleted by Twitter, and both major US parties had access to these tools to flag tweets. Taibbi notes that “Because Twitter was and is overwhelmingly staffed by people of one political orientation, there were more channels, more ways to complain, open to the left (well, Democrats) than the right.”
Taibbi, also cited OpenSecrets, a nonprofit website that tracks campaign finance and lobbying. It shows a majority of political donations made by Twitter employees go to Democrats. On its face, this political imbalance is evidence that Twitter suppressed the New York Post story for political reasons, and it certainly led any sane people drawing a conclusion that there was bias within the company. The FEC-sourced numbers are notable, too: 99.73% to Democrats and just 0.27% to Republicans. It’ll be very interesting to see how this extremely lopsided ratio plays out in 2024 among employees who stick with Twitter under the direction of Elon Musk.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. It'll be interesting to see if you're whistling the same tune when the shoe is on the other foot.

The Biden campaign is not a government entity.

The White House was! So if you're looking for government entities getting involved in the moderation process, that's where to look, but that's not convenient for you, is it?

But even then, the reason you don't hear Democrats making a fuss about that and fulfilling your shoe on the other for prophesy, is because ANYONE can flag a story on Twitter. The White House - and the Biden campaign for that matter - did nothing at all that regular members of the public couldn't also do. Twitter offers the flag tools to everyone. For that matter, so does imgflip.

You haven't proven anything except that the Biden campaign made use of a publicly available tool. They weren't involved in any internal process at Twitter. Twitter has the right and indeed responsibility to choose what to publish. This isn't a Free Speech issue.
