If 2 owners agree that elected moderators are unfit for whatever reason (e.g. immaturity, toxicity, general rudeness etc) they can be rejected, removed from the vote, and the votes can be recast.

same. Unless it's in a small group of verifiably respectable people, it's just bad. That was the state the stream was in a while ago but not anymore. The system should really change imo but what am I gonna do about it?
