If the sun were to explode, for around eight minutes, nothing would seem off. But after that, Earth would start freezing. Like, rapid decline. IF you could survive that, it would be incredibly hard to find food, water, possibly shelter. So, at most, you could probably survive 3-4 days AT MOST
